Contribute

If you’re interested in contributing to WebDevNews, simply register and you will be made a contributor. Simply write a post and save it. Drafts will be edited and approved as soon as possible. Articles need to be of high quality, and the subject needs to be applicable and not over-covered. There is no specific word limit, but articles with fewer than 300 words are probably not going to give the kind of detail we’re looking for.

Every article you write that is approved will have your name linked to whatever site you list in your profile. Sites must be appropriate for all ages, but don’t necessarily have to be related to web development. Since you get one free link to anywhere, please keep the links in the article limited to ones that are tightly related to your topic. We will often (if not always) run articles through CopyScape to check for copyright infringement, and none will be tolerated whatsoever. Please make sure that if you quote a person or a site that you give credit. We have the WP-Footnotes plugin configured to help make this easy for you. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact Aaron and ask.
